I think you should be able to go on working as long as you like as is the case in the United States. If people are healthy and fit and passionate about their job, it is a waste not to let them work. Since we live longer it is reasonable that we should also be allowed to work longer than previous generations did. I think Luxembourg should be the first country in Europe to allow people to decide themselves when they want to retire. If you want to work until you are 75 it should be possible.
