The current pension system insufficient considers the unique circumstances of foreign born workers, many of whom come later to work here and therefore earn lower state pensions because they have less years of contribution and can't legally continue to contribute into the state pension system beyond the age of 65. We should let them continue to voluntarily work, pay into the state pension system and start their retirement later having earned higher levels of entitlement if they want.
